Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee home-building activities from site initiation to move-in, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

You will lead trade partners, review pre-con meetings, manage change orders, and maintain项目 documentation using Build Pro and Procore. A high school diploma is required, with a college degree preferred and 3–5 years in residential construction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in home building/construction experience.
• Residential construction management experience required.
• Proficiency in Build Pro, Procore, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in, manage sites, scheduling, and trade partners to meet timelines and scopes.
• Lead pre-construction, pre-drywall, and final presentation meetings.
• Negotiate with inspectors/trade partners to control costs and improve efficiency.
• Manage daily trade partner communications and approvals in Build Pro.
• Provide feedback to Lead Construction Manager on timeliness and quality.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and code compliance on all sites.
• Maintain safety logs and conduct on-site safety meetings.
• Perform inspections such as Stormwater Pollution Prevention as required.
• Coordinate documentation: change orders, POs, and safety logs.
• Collaborate with sales, customer care, and management to resolve issues.
