Comcast Corporation seeks an installer to work in customers' homes, performing service installations, restorations, and connectivity improvements. The role is physically demanding and requires flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects per safety codes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from network connection to customer equipment.
• Install and support basic home networks using coaxial cable, Ethernet, and Wi‑Fi.
• Verify service quality using testing tools and adjust accordingly.
• Educate customers on products, services, equipment use and expectations.
• Document completed work and update customer accounts using digital tools.
• Maintain and inspect vehicle, tools, and equipment; report safety concerns promptly.
• Operate ladders, hand tools, meters, and light power tools safely.
• Meet or exceed established performance and safety standards.
