Job summary

EMP Trust HR Solutions in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Home Confinement Specialist to support the facility by managing home confinement accountability hardware and software, performing site visits, and ensuring resident documentation complies with Bureau of Prisons policy. You will work under the Facility Director with Case Managers and EPS to uphold program standards and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year experience in a correctional environment.
• An associate degree in a Social or Behavioral Sciences field is acceptable in place of training/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate residents' homes for Home Confinement eligibility criteria.
• Verify telephone services and perform pass/furlough eligibility checks.
• Conduct weekly verification checks for residents on home confinement.
• Maintain accurate records for residents on Home Confinement, Pass or Furlough.
• Perform employment verifications and assist Case Managers with program development.
• Support the Director with community resource utilization and emergency plans.
