Job summary

EMP Trust HR Solutions seeks a Federal Case Manager to supervise and support residents within a correctional program. You will apply case management theory, collaborate with the Facility Director and staff, and maintain direct contact with individuals in confinement to promote rehabilitation and safety.

The role requires evaluating progress, planning for release, coordinating vocational training, and advising on community resources while upholding security and program objectives.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a social, human services, criminal justice or behavioral science program.
• Minimum one year of experience in human services, corrections, or community-based services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel for COF events and other designated functions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' progress, maintain case records, assess release readiness and guide planning for release.
• Analyze vocational training needs and set realistic goals for residents.
• Advise Director on optimal use of community resources while maintaining facility security.
