Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks an Occupational Therapist for home and community-based rehabilitation in Colorado Springs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in practicing state.
• CPR certification current.
• Minimum of 1 year of OT work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient's needs to treatment team and family members.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration and improve patient outcomes.
