Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Everett, WA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Home & Community Program. This PRN W2 role focuses on delivering client-centered, real-world rehabilitation in home settings and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will perform evaluations, develop and adjust treatment plans, support safety at home, and help clients regain independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license by the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year’s experience as an OT.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological conditions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
