Job summary

Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to support our Home & Community Program in Tacoma. The OT will provide functional therapy in home settings, helping clients regain independence and navigate daily life activities.

The role is PRN W2 with a flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, and access to educational programs. Candidates must have a current OT license and at least one year of experience in rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unrestricted OT license required.
• CPR Certification required.
• Minimum of one year’s OT work experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological diagnoses preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations with home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs/progress to treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
