Job summary

Rehab Without Walls, affiliated with BrightSpring Health Services, seeks Occupational Therapists to join its Home & Community Program in Mount Vernon, WA. This PRN, W2 role delivers personalized therapy directly in clients' homes and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the state of practice.
• CPR Certification current.
• Minimum of one year of OT work experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological conditions preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; readiness for up to 100 pounds with safe procedures.
• Duties require sustained physical effort including walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness; attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and recommend home/community safety resources.
• Communicate patient needs/progress to treatment team, physician, patient, and family.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration and optimal outcomes.
