Job summary

Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our Home & Community Program in Mount Vernon and surrounding WA locations. This PRN W2 role offers flexible scheduling, hourly pay, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Unrestricted state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum one year of experience as an OT.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological diagnoses preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds; moving/assisting patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care.
