Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience (preferred).
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Working knowledge of industry codes and standards.
• Experience with residential service and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end service on residential HVAC equipment (forced-air, hydronic, etc.).
• Diagnose airflow, fuel, refrigerant, and electrical issues using specialized tools.
• Manage truck stock to support repairs and reduce return visits.
• Educate customers on comfort upgrades and energy efficiency.
• Mentor junior technicians to build team capability.
• Adhere to AHHS service procedures and administrative standards.
• Schedule, document notes, and invoice in ServiceTitan.

What You’ll Tackle

• End-to-end service on residential HVAC equipment: forced-air, steam and hydronic systems, oil units, high-velocity setups, geothermal, ductless, and more.
• Hands-on diagnostics addressing airflow, fuel, refrigerant, and electrical challenges using specialized tools.
• Truck stock management to support flat-rate repairs and minimize return visits.
• Customer education on comfort upgrades, energy efficiency, and safety enhancements.
• Mentorship of junior technicians to build team capability.
• Adherence to AHHS service procedures and administrative standards.
• Job scheduling, notes, and invoicing within the ServiceTitan platform.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience (preferred).
• EPA Universal Certification.

• Broad proficiency in HVAC functions—from troubleshooting to repair.
