What You’ll Tackle

• Pinpoint faults and repair residential furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Perform routine maintenance and detailed inspections to maximize system efficiency

• Record every service call, repair, and maintenance task accurately and promptly

What You’ll Need to Succeed
