Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Service Technician

• Deliver World-Class Service - Deliver an amazing experience for our customers.
• Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance - Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and diagnose and fix the issue correctly.
• Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans - Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution.

Job Requirements

• Experience - Proven experience in residential HVAC service and installation.
• Tech-Savvy - Familiarity with digital tools (Service Titan) and inventory control systems.
• Driver’s License - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Ability - Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Communication Skills - Excellent communication with both customers and the office team.
• Professionalism - Clean professional appearance and demeanor.
• License/Certification - EPA Certification (Required).

Competitive Pay & Benefits

Pay Range: $60,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and knowledge, with hourly pay plus spiff and commission opportunities.
