You will diagnose, repair, and balance residential heating and cooling systems, including traditional, steam, hot water, and ductless setups, using diagnostic tools and Service Titan for scheduling and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and best practices.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service with efficient, accurate communication.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC equipment.
• Maintain truck inventory to complete flat-rate repairs.
• Educate customers on improvements to comfort, efficiency or safety.
• Assist in developing junior service technicians.
• Follow AHHS systems and use Service Titan for workflows.
