Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant in Pooler, GA. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management to close HVAC and water heater opportunities.

You will leverage internal warm leads, company-provided lead pipelines, and your own prospecting to drive sales, while collaborating with our technical team on-site to tailor solutions to homeowners.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of proven sales experience (B2C preferred).
Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication; ability to educate customers on technical concepts.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Willing to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

Consultative selling of high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems.
Build lasting relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention.
Drive growth via internal leads and prospect pipeline to close sales.
Collaborate with technical team during site visits to tailor solutions.
Stay updated on market trends and energy-efficient technology.
