Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant I in Jacksonville, FL. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management to close HVAC and water heater opportunities.

You will leverage internal warm leads, company-provided lead pipelines, and your own prospecting to grow sales, with a focus on delivering high-quality, customer-focused service in home environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, direct-to-consumer (B2C) preferred.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication; able to educate customers and present technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Present tailored comfort options for HVAC and water heater systems.
• Build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Generate sales from internal leads and personal prospecting.
• Collaborate with technical team during site visits to tailor solutions.
• Stay informed on energy-efficient tech and service methods.
