Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant in Mesa, AZ. You will diagnose comfort needs and present tailored HVAC and water heater solutions, combining consultative selling with education and relationship management.

This outside sales role leverages internal warm leads and your own prospecting to close opportunities. You’ll collaborate with our technical team on site visits and stay current on energy-efficient technologies to deliver a 100% satisfaction

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of sales experience, preferably direct-to-consumer (B2C).
Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to educate customers and present technical concepts clearly.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
