Job summary

New Age Air Inc in Pottstown, PA is hiring a Home Comfort Advisor to meet with homeowners for in-home consultations, evaluate HVAC needs, present replacement options with pricing and financing, and close sales. This consultative, relationship-focused role requires strong communication, the ability to work independently, and a flexible schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays.

Compensation is base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience.
• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Professional, customer-first approach.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Basic computer skills; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• HVAC knowledge is helpful but not required.
• Ability to access basements, attics, and crawl spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Location: Pottstown, PA

Compensation: Base salary + commission | Target annual earnings: $140,000+

Schedule: Flexible, with occasional evenings and Saturdays

Area of service: Montgomery, Chester, Bucks & Berks Counties, PA

New Age Air is a second-generation, family-owned HVAC company serving local homeowners and businesses for more than 20 years. We're looking for a motivated Home Comfort Advisor to help customers choose the right heating and cooling solutions for their homes.

This is a consultative, relationship-focused sales role-not high-pressure selling.

What You'll Do
