Clayton is seeking a Home Consultant in the Lufkin, Texas area. You will guide customers to their future home, demonstrate models, and build lasting relationships through a CRM-driven process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales is preferred.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements for manufactured homes.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays and maintain professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Protect Clayton branding and assets throughout the sales process.
• Develop product and market knowledge to advise customers.
• Follow up with customers using the CRM system.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom appearance.
• Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan to increase traffic.
• Present display homes and demonstrate features for added value.
• Set appointments from prospects and web leads.
• Attend sales meetings and training opportunities.
• Collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
