Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Home Consultant in Longview, TX to guide customers through the purchase of manufactured homes. You will present homes, build rapport, qualify buyers, and set appointments while representing Clayton with integrity.

This full-time role offers a $50k base salary plus commission and a benefits package including health, 401K with company match after one year, paid time off, and volunteering opportunities. Successful candidates thrive in a team environment and can work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relationship-driven sales preferred.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers and maintain files in CRM.
• Demonstrate homes and present features to buyers.
• Set appointments from leads and showroom visits.
• Participate in training and sales meetings.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
