Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors in Colorado is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to clients. You will help with daily activities, monitor health, and ensure comfort and dignity in familiar surroundings.

Reliable, punctual and professional individuals who are at least 18 with a HS Diploma or GED are invited to apply. Driving or reliable transportation is required. Prior caregiving is a plus but not required; training is provided, and pay is competitive.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to drive or have access to reliable transportation
• Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation
• Direct deposit enrollment required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and snacks, as needed
• Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed
• Engage in conversation and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
• Report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor
