Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care, focusing on the comfort and dignity of clients in their own homes.

You will assist with daily activities, manage medications as prescribed, prepare meals, and help promote social interaction and mental stimulation. A reliable living arrangement and a supportive team will help you grow professionally in this role.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to drive or have reliable transportation.
• Prior experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation.
• Direct deposit enrollment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks, as needed.
• Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed.
• Engage in conversation and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
