Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in their own homes. You will support daily living activities, assist with meals, medications, and personal care while promoting dignity and independence.

Ideal candidates are reliable, professional, and able to drive or access transportation. Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required; inclusion of ID documentation and direct deposit enrollment is expected.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation
• Prior experience is a plus, but not required
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation
• Direct deposit enrollment required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and snacks, as needed
• Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed
• Engage in conversation and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
• Report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor
