Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors seeks compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support, ensuring seniors feel safe, respected, and truly cared for. You will assist with daily activities, prepare meals, and offer meaningful companionship in clients’ homes.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a HS diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and a willingness to enroll in direct deposit. No prior caregiving required, training provided, and opportunities for part-time or full-time roles exist.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to provide two forms of ID and work eligibility documentation.
• Willingness to enroll in direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized care in clients’ homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks based on client needs.
• Manage and administer medications as directed.
• Provide companionship through conversation and engaging activities.
• Observe and report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
