Elara Caring is seeking a Care Team Supervisor for Personal Care Services in Des Plaines, IL. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a salary range of $22–$25 per hour.

You will lead a team of caregivers, coordinate schedules, and ensure documentation and plans of care are accurate. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this fast-paced home care environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience leading a team of caregivers or in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule personal care services for planned and unplanned absences.
• Maintain client service records, plans of care, caregiver schedules, and documentation.
• Monitor billing, payroll, utilization, and service delivery reports for accuracy.
• Support branch growth initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance and coaching to caregivers to promote performance.
