Job summary

WelbeHealth is seeking a Home Care Supervisor in Carson, CA to oversee the Home Care Assistant team delivering daily living activities to seniors in their homes. You will manage scheduling, ensure compliance, and collaborate with vendors to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience overseeing a team of Home Care Assistants.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid within 180 days of hire; CPR/First Aid certification on hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Home Care Assistant team delivering activities of daily living.
• Interview, hire, onboard, train and provide feedback to Home Care Assistants.
• Provide feedback to agencies/contracted vendors on performance.
• Maintain records of certification for Home Care Assistants.
• Audit accuracy and timeliness of Home Care Assistant documentation.
• Coordinate with Home Health Manager to train staff for home exercise programs.
