Primary duties include onboarding, creating staff profiles, managing on-call rotations, payroll and invoicing coding, and ensuring CNA licensing audits are up to date. Strong computer skills and knowledge of healthcare regulations are needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Proficient with computers and general office equipment.
• Working knowledge of healthcare regulations governing home care

Responsibilities

• Orient new staff and establish orientation schedules with Administrator.
• Assist new hires with uploading applications to their phones.
• Create staff profiles to support client/staff matching.
• Support healthcare administration with special projects.
• Answer office phone.
• Support On-Call process.
• Develop client/staff schedules and record PTO.
• Ensure accurate payroll coding for hours.
• Ensure accurate client invoicing coding for hours/fees.
• Maintain audits related to CNA licensing and attendance.
• Interpret facility policies related to staffing for team members.
• Maintain a warm, professional environment throughout the facility.
