Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Staffing Coordinator in Sacramento to manage home care service requests, coordinate Care Partners, and ensure timely visits. The role requires strong scheduling and communication with clients and staff.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00am–5:00pm, full-time status, and a salary range of $21.00–$23.00 per hour depending on experience. AccentCare supports professional development and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of home care, HR, community service, or supervisory experience.
• Scheduling experience in the staffing industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives requests for home care services and schedules/reschedules Care Partners as necessary.
• Gathers all necessary case information from caller and checks Care Partner availability.
• Schedules/reschedules Care Partners based on case requirements and availability.
• Confirms and verifies schedules with clients and Care Partners; ensures all visits are made.
