Job summary

AccentCare in Riverside is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for the Personal Care Services team. This full-time role schedules Home Care Care Partners, coordinates visits, and ensures accurate staffing aligned with client needs and partner availability.

You'll verify schedules with clients and staff, enter data in ContinueLink, and maintain daily case information. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm with hourly compensation of $23.00.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in home care, HR, or supervisory roles recommended.
• Scheduling experience in staffing improves fit for this role.

Responsibilities

• Receive home care requests and schedule or reschedule Care Partners.
• Confirm and verify schedules with clients and partners; ensure visits occur.
• Call clients to confirm care schedule and partner availability.
• Enter and maintain schedules in ContinueLink system.
• Update partner availability daily and audit client information.
