Addus is seeking a Scheduling Supervisor to coordinate in-home care workers and clients in the Schaumburg area. The role focuses on ensuring care plans are followed and assignments are staffed efficiently. You will work weekdays, 8 am to 5 pm, with on-call coverage as needed.

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating schedules and caregiving staff preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules for shifts, visits, and client assignments.
• Maintain weekday hours and on-call coverage as needed.
• Match caregivers to clients based on care plans and needs.
• Communicate schedule updates with caregivers, clients, and families.
• Monitor overtime and staffing ratios; address issues promptly.
• Assist with supervisory visits and program compliance.
