Job summary

Trinity Health in Illinois is seeking a part-time PRN Speech Pathologist to provide one-to-one speech therapy services in patients' homes across designated service areas.

You will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, using cutting-edge technology to deliver compassionate, client-centered care while pursuing professional development and career growth.

Qualifications

• Meets ASHA CCC-SLP requirements or is accumulating supervised experience for certification.
• Eligible for licensure/registration in Illinois as applicable.

Minimum Qualifications

Meets the educational and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology granted by the American Speech and Hearing Association; or, meets the educational requirements for certification and is in the process of accumulating the supervised experience required for certificate, registration or license to practice as a speech pathologist in the state of Illinois if applicable.
