Job summary

Loyola Medicine Home Care and Hospice in Illinois is seeking a Speech Pathologist for PRN, part-time roles in home settings across our service area including Bedford Park, Oak Brook and nearby communities. You will provide one-to-one assessments and therapy in patients' homes, coordinating with physicians, nurses and social workers to deliver holistic care.

The role emphasizes autonomous practice, ongoing learning, and use of advanced technology.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP credential required or in process for licensure in IL.
• Experience in home-based or pediatric speech therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one speech therapy in patients' homes.

Minimum Qualifications

Meets the educational and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology granted by the American Speech and Hearing Association; or, meets the educational requirements for certification and is in the process of accumulating the supervised experience required for certificate, registration or license to practice as a speech pathologist in the state of Illinois if applicable.
