ComForCare Home Care is looking for a Manager of Care Services to oversee planning, coordination, and monitoring of home care services. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and effective delivery of services, manage budgets, and assist in policy development and performance evaluation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of home care experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of home care supervision experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of all direct and indirect services to clients.
• Assist in the planning and development of Agency structure, policies, and budgets.
• Provide support in the implementation and oversight of the QAPI program.
