Job summary

ComForCare Home Care is looking for a Manager of Care Services to oversee planning, coordination, and monitoring of home care services. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and effective delivery of services, manage budgets, and assist in policy development and performance evaluation.

With 20 years of industry knowledge, this role makes a meaningful impact on the lives of clients through effective home care management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of home care experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of home care supervision experience required.

• Assist in the planning and development of Agency structure, policies, and budgets.

What we are looking for:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice
• Minimum of two (2) years of home care experience
• Minimum of one (1) year of home care supervision experience required
• CPR certification
• Add any additional state-regulated minimum requirements.

What you will be doing:

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of all direct and indirect services to Agency home care clients ensuring safe, effective, and appropriate home care services.
• Assist in the planning and development of Agency structure, policies and procedures, and the annual operating and capital budgets.
• Provide support in the implementation and oversight of the QAPI program at the Administrator's discretion. Oversees data collection for quality management, statistics, and reports for evaluating Agency performance.
• Act as Agency Administrator when that person is not available, as applicable.
