ComForCare is looking for a Manager of Care Services to oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of home care services. This role involves ensuring effective client care while managing agency structure and quality assurance efforts.

As part of a dedicated team, you’ll ensure clients receive safe, effective home care. A graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN license in practice state are required. Enjoy flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment.

What we are looking for:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice
• Minimum of two (2) years of home care experience
• Minimum of one (1) year of home care supervision experience required
• CPR certification
• Add any additional state-regulated minimum requirements.

What you will be doing:

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of all direct and indirect services to Agency home care clients ensuring safe, effective, and appropriate home care services.
• Assist in the planning and development of Agency structure, policies and procedures, and the annual operating and capital budgets.
• Provide support in the implementation and oversight of the QAPI program at the Administrator's discretion. Oversees data collection for quality management, statistics, and reports for evaluating Agency performance.
• Act as Agency Administrator when that person is not available, as applicable.
