Arcadia Home Care and Staffing – Addus family company in Vacaville, CA is seeking a Service Coordinator to schedule caregivers, supervise in-home workers and keep care plans on track. You’ll be the go-to problem solver in a fast-paced environment, helping ensure high-quality service for older adults and individuals with disabilities.

This full-time role runs Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, with prior home care supervisory experience and solid organizational skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of Industry experience required.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system and manages changes.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client’s care plan is followed.
• Contacts care providers and clients to provide service updates.
• Conducts monthly client wellness calls and home visits as required.
• Provides follow-through on escalated client complaints and theft claims.
• Supervises direct service employees by setting expectations and accountability.
• Maintains professional branch appearance and confidentiality.
• Follows regulations and company policies.
