Addus/Arcadia HomeCare is seeking a Service Coordinator in Chico, CA to lead caregiver scheduling, supervise home care workers, and ensure high-quality service delivery. The role includes monthly wellness calls, home visits, and coordinating client updates within a fast-paced environment.

The position offers full-time hours, a temporary contract, and a pay range of $18.00–$20.00 hourly with benefits such as health coverage, daily pay options, and retirement planning.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of Industry experience required.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Scheduling program.
• Must have DL to complete in home supervisory visits.

Responsibilities

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system and manages changes.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure care plan is followed.
• Contacts care providers and clients for service updates.
• Conducts monthly client wellness calls and home visits as required.
• Supervises direct service employees and maintains confidentiality.
• Ensures branch environment is professional and organized.
• Adheres to regulations and company policies.
