Addus HomeCare in Russellville, AR is seeking a Scheduler/Supervisor to organize and oversee in-home care workers and clients within a geographic area. You will ensure services align with care plans and coordinate daily staffing.

The role requires at least 1 year in scheduling, admin or health care, willingness to travel up to 35%, strong communication and computer skills, and reliability. Full-time hours with on-call rotation and competitive benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in scheduling, administration and health care.
• EVV experience preferred.
• 1 year caregiving/personal care desirable.
• Willing to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage staff and client schedules in the system.
• Support staff to deliver services per client care plans.
• Supervise direct service employees and enforce policies.
• Assist in reportable event management and coordinate with departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexibility to meet agency needs.
• Travel within territory; approximately 35%.
• Follow regulations, policies and standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary:

Responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area. If you seek a challenging position with the satisfaction of knowing that you have helped older people and people with disabilities live safely at home, this is the job for you! Supervisory and/or home care experience preferred.

Hours:

Full Time: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with on call rotation.

Essential Duties

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
• Support agency staff in delivering high quality services to each client while ensuring services align with the client's care plan
• Supervises direct service employees by setting expectations for attendance, performance and conduct by holding employees accountable to the company’s policies and guidelines
• Assist in reportable event management and comply with internal and external departments
• Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information
• Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the agency
• Willingness to travel within territory; approximately 35%
• Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements & Competencies

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience in scheduling, administrative and health care required
• EVV (experience with Electronic Visit Verification Systems preferred)
• 1 year of caregiving/ personal care is desirable
• Must be willing to travel
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Computer skills, ability to work in multiple systems
• Must have reliable transportation
• Electronic Visit Verification Exp a Plus.
