Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Paragould, AR is seeking a supervisor to schedule and oversee in-home care workers and clients across a geographic area. The role focuses on ensuring services align with care plans and high-quality delivery.

The position offers full-time hours, on-call rotation, travel about 35% within territory, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, retirement planning, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year scheduling, administrative and health care experience required.
• EVV experience preferred.
• 1 year of caregiving/personal care desirable.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills; able to work in multiple systems.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
• Support agency staff in delivering high quality services to each client while ensuring services align with the client's care plan
• Supervises direct service employees by setting expectations for attendance, performance and conduct by holding employees accountable to the company’s policies and guidelines
• Assist in reportable event management and comply with internal and external departments
• Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information
• Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the agency
• Willingness to travel within territory; approximately 35%
• Other duties as assigned

Position Summary:

Responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area. Supervisory and/or home care experience preferred.

Hours:

Full Time: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with on call rotation.

Position Requirements & Competencies:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience in scheduling, administrative and health care required
• EVV (experience with Electronic Visit Verification Systems preferred)
• 1 year of caregiving/ personal care is desirable
• Must be willing to travel
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Computer skills, ability to work in multiple systems
• Must have reliable transportation
• Electronic Visit Verification Exp a Plus.
