Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Paragould, AR seeks a dedicated supervisor to schedule and oversee in-home care workers and clients across a defined territory. You will ensure care plans are followed, coordinate changes, and provide coverage to maintain uninterrupted client services.

The role requires 1 year in scheduling/administrative health care, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in scheduling, administrative and health care required.
• EVV systems experience preferred.
• 1 year of caregiving/personal care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
• Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client's care plan is followed and client services are not interrupted.
• Support agency staff in delivering high quality services to each client while ensuring services align with the client's care plan.
• Perform in home visits in accordance with state regulation including new admissions and routine supervisory visits.
• Assist in reportable event management and comply with internal and external departments.
• Willingness to travel within territory; approximately 35%.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

Position Summary:

Responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area. If you seek a challenging position with the satisfaction of knowing that you have helped older people and people with disabilities live safely at home, this is the job for you! Supervisory and/or home care experience preferred.

Hours:

Full Time: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with on call rotation.
