Guardian Angel Senior Services, based in Cape Cod, MA, is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to manage caregiver schedules and ensure reliable client care. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with responsibilities spanning schedule coordination, record-keeping, and payroll accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume scheduling, preferably in home care
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using scheduling systems and standard office equipment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules based on client needs and staff availability
• Manage real-time schedule changes and communicate updates promptly
• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records, including availability and assignments
• Enter new client and employee information into internal systems
• Track and update employee attendance
• Review schedules for payroll and billing accuracy
• Support daily operations with additional administrative tasks as needed
