Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is a New Hampshire-based home care provider seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage caregiver schedules and ensure reliable client care. This full-time, Monday–Friday position requires meticulous organization, strong communication, and real-time problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate schedules, update records, and support payroll and billing accuracy while maintaining compassionate client service and smooth daily operations for our home

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume scheduling required, home care experience strongly preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with scheduling systems and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules based on client needs and staff availability.
• Manage real-time schedule changes and communicate updates promptly.
• Maintain accurate client and caregiver records, including availability and assignments.
• Enter new client and employee information into internal systems.
• Track and update employee attendance.
• Review schedules for payroll and billing accuracy.
• Support daily operations with additional administrative tasks as needed.
