Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules employees as directed by the client's care plan established upon intake.
• Processes patient authorizations and communicates with central admissions.
• Creates work schedules; manages changes due to requests, illness, or leaves.
• On-board and train new branch administrative employees.
• Supervises direct service employees and ensures policy compliance.
• Assists with new hire process and ensures documentation is complete.
