Your responsibilities will include ensuring schedules are covered, managing urgent call-outs, and monitoring compliance with documentation standards. Ideal candidates have experience in healthcare coordination and are organized.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare coordination, scheduling, or case management preferred.
• Strong understanding of EVV requirements and visit verification processes.
• Ability to use scheduling systems and spreadsheets efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules for client coverage.
• Communicate daily with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Manage call-outs and last-minute staffing changes.

Skills

Experience in home care

Hands-on experience with HHAeXchange (HHAx)

Strong communication skills

Bilingual English/Spanish
