Job summary

Baywood Home Care is seeking a full-time Home Care Scheduler in Minnesota to maintain caregiver schedules so clients receive home-based care. The role is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call rotation.

Competitive compensation reflects experience and a background in home care scheduling. Responsibilities include coordinating caregiver coverage, updating availability, and serving as the main scheduling contact for clients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• 1 year of home care scheduling experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules so every client shift is staffed.
• Fill open shifts, manage schedule changes, and keep availability records accurate.
• Monitor daily schedules and resolve call-offs, late arrivals, and coverage gaps.
• Serve as the main contact for scheduling questions from clients and caregivers.
• Maintain documentation, ensure compliance, and provide on-call support after hours.
