Job summary

Girling Personal Care, part of the Addus Family, seeks a supervisor to coordinate in-home care scheduling across a defined Texas area and ensure continuity of client services. The role includes payroll processing for caregivers, producing weekly performance reports, and adjusting schedules for client needs and staff coverage.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 6 months of relevant experience and strong communication, organization, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of industry experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with solid organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Strategically coordinate and manage employee scheduling in alignment with client care plans.
• Oversee and execute weekly payroll processing for all caregivers with accuracy.
• Compile, analyze, and deliver weekly reports to support operational efficiency.
• Proactively manage work schedules in response to client needs and staff availability.
• Provide leadership to service staff and enforce company policies and quality standards.
