HOME CARE SCHEDULER – FULL TIME

Location: Leominster, MA

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing

As our Home Care Scheduler, you'll be a key part of our daily operations. No two days are exactly alike!

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Coordinating caregiver schedules to ensure clients receive consistent, reliable care
• Matching caregivers with clients based on availability, qualifications, and individual needs
• Handling last-minute callouts, schedule changes, and unexpected staffing challenges
• Communicating regularly with caregivers, clients, families, and office staff
• Finding creative solutions to fill open shifts and maintain client coverage
• Building strong, positive relationships with caregivers and clients
• Maintaining accurate schedules, records, and documentation
• Working closely with our office team to keep daily operations organized and running smoothly
• Staying one step ahead by identifying potential scheduling conflicts before they become problems
