This role blends hands-on clinical tasks with administrative scheduling duties to support residents and families.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, English proficiency, and 1–2 years of staffing coordination in home care or similar settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active CPR certification required.
• 1–2 years staffing coordination experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Basic computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and maintain residents/clients staffing requirements.
• Coordinate CNAs, PCAs, and Homemakers for open cases and coverage.
• Create, update and distribute schedules.
• Ensure coverage within Generations system with quality matches.
• Build relationships with residents, families, and care teams.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Escort residents to appointments and support social activities.
