Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active CPR certification required.
• 1–2 years staffing coordination experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Basic computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and maintain residents' ongoing staffing requirements.
• Schedule Home Care CNAs, PCAs, and Homemakers for open cases and coverage.
• Create, update, and distribute schedules.
• Ensure residents' schedules are covered with quality matches.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and care team.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per individualized care plan.
• Provide exceptional customer service while performing duties.
• Escort residents to appointments and social activities.
• Support socialization per care plan.
