Job summary

Cambridge Caregivers is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to support Austin Community Liaison team. The role requires proactive, organized, and resourceful advocacy for clients, guiding caregivers in success techniques and collaborating across departments.

You will schedule visits, update care plans, and ensure smooth communication among staff, clients, and scheduling teams, with weekend remote work and in-office presence three days weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Austin market in related roles.
• Associate degree (2 years) or higher.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Superior interpersonal skills with a solid reputation.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients to ensure completed client file documentation.
• Conduct supervisory visits and introductions for long-term clients.

About the Position

The Client Care Coordinator role is responsible for supporting successful client engagements with our Austin Community Liaison team. We’re looking for a thoughtful and strategic advocate for our clients—someone who is proactive, well-organized, and resourceful in overcoming challenges. Success in this role also requires a collaborative mindset, and the ability to be hands-on to guide caregivers in techniques for success with clients. We value a strong team approach and expect this individual to contribute meaningfully across departments.

Responsibilities

The Client Care Coordinator role responsibilities include:

• Following up with clients to ensure completed client file documentation.
• Carrying out supervisory visits and introductions as necessary and ensuring continued engagements with long term clients.
• Coordinating visits, care plan updates, and non-medical assessments with our Community Liaison and Scheduling teams.
• Maintaining regular and effective communication with staff on your assignments and facilitating closed -loop communication between staff, clients and scheduling teams, including overtime and cancellations expectations.
• Engaging with staff to support scheduling in matching caregivers to clients.
• Assisting in following-up from marketing events, communications, and campaigns.
• Actively seek out networking opportunities both inside and outside the industry.
• Cambridge Caregivers encourages participation in boards, committees, clubs, and other social gatherings to raise the profile and reputation of the Agency.
• Consult with potential new clients. Inform those seeking care about appropriate options, service offerings, company policies and practices.

Core Competencies and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Austin market as Client Care Coordinator, Caregiver Trainer, Scheduler, Marketer or PAS Administrator.
• Associate degree (2 years) or higher.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Superior interpersonal skills and a solid reputation among peers, professionals, and customers.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Capable of thinking creatively and on the spot.
• Ability to maintain a calm, compassionate and respectful demeanor with clients, employees, and corporate colleagues, even in stressful situations.
• Aptitude for performing a variety of functions, multi-tasking, and picking up ad hoc projects or new skill sets as directed.
• Capacity for self-management and follow through on growth targets.
• Demonstrate initiative, discretion, enthusiasm, and desire to promote the mission and values of the Agency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a CNA or caregiver
• MS Office experience.
• Wellsky or similar scheduling/client management software experience.
• Knowledge of Home Health, Caregiving, or PAS industries.

• Must also be willing and able to work from home on weekends and outside of regular business hours.
