Sales Account Executive for a Medicare-certified skilled home health agency. You will drive referral growth by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and community providers, promoting Medicare-covered services while adhering to CMS and Florida regulations.

Key duties include educating referral sources on Medicare eligibility, managing territory activity and census growth, and collaborating with intake and clinical teams to convert referrals.

Qualifications

• Established referral relationships for Medicare-A patients
• 2+ years healthcare or home health sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare home health referral processes
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
